I got time to participate in Mary Jo's final Techno Stamper Sketch Challenge of the year, and although I don't love my card, here it is. I had this old Valentine paper in my stash, from the Target dollar spot about 2 years ago. It had glittered hearts on it, so I cut a small square of them for the bigger panel. The small heart is a double-sided sticky heart that I've also had rolling around my stash for YEARS, stamped and topped with micro beads. Here is a close-up of the heart:
That's my favorite part of the card! I am trying to get into a new routine this year which will involve more creative time. I also want to read more - I used to read a book a week, and with kids, that number has dwindled. We joined the local gym, and Carter will be able to stay in their child care area while I work out. It's the usual roster of resolutions, although I like to refer to them as goals instead. Somehow it seems easier to work toward a goal than to keep a resolution. What are your goals for the new year?
